IRS Form 1023 Application Review, Results Guaranteed

Get your IRS Form 1023 application reviewed before sending it off

Form 1023 application review 501c3Preparing your form 1023 application yourself will give you the satisfaction of DIY, and of course it will prepare you for the hard road ahead as you actually learn inside and out of a nonprofit organization.

However, after reviewing countless form 1023 applications, mistakes on grand scale seem to be epidemic. Many applications are missing vital information, unchecked boxes, unanswered questions, and almost 99 out 100 suffer from budgeting mistakes.

These shortcomings will guarantee questioning or denial from the IRS and will prolong the process by up to two years.

I have over a decade of nonprofit application reviews under my belt with 100% Approval Rating to this date. Results are simply guaranteed. As a matter of fact, if your application gets denied, I’ll pay you back double of what you’ve paid me.

How much does it cost and what’s included?

If you want to save yourself the headache and thousands of dollars in attorney fees for answering complicated IRS questions, I offer nonprofit Form 1023 application reviews which covers every single document including Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Conflict of Interest, Attachments, Budgeting, and of course your Form 1023. I charge a flat fee of $399 per application review and this amount is utterly ridiculous compared to an attorney fee of a few thousand dollars for the same service, but I continue to offer it for those who truly need it but don’t have the funds.

If you’d like me to review your form 1023 application and supporting documents to make sure everything is correct, first make sure that you have read this entire website page by page and you have made every possible effort to follow the instructions. Once you are happy with the result, archive all your documents into a single zip file (Your organizing documents, Completed form 1023, supporting materials…) and email the archive to me at chris [dash] sorbi [at] hotmail [dot] com. If you don’t know how to make a zip file, please visit this page.

How do I pay and what’s the process?

To pay your fees, you can do so by going to this page and use the donation button to make the payment. Please include the PayPal Transaction ID in your email so I know which application is yours. Turn-around time for application review is generally 7 days, and I will return the application back to you for further corrections to be made and I will review it again after you make your corrections. All reviews are done over the phone or Zoom call so you ask any question you may have. If you like to speak to me on the phone, you can call me at (406) 992-0032. (Please only use this number for application reviews, Please Please, Please)
