I can't find my download link. Can you resend it?
All downloads are handled automatically. Visit the Download Page and enter your purchase email. There's no need for manual resending, everything you bought is available there. Either way if you can't find your transaction ID, send an email and zip file will be sent to your email. I didn't get an email or Transaction ID after payment!
PayPal sometimes takes several minutes to confirm payments. Wait a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder. Once the transaction clears, you'll automatically receive your receipt and Transaction ID number for download access.
Can you review my Form 1023 before I submit it?
Yes. That's exactly what the Application Review service is for. Use that page to send your documents securely for feedback. I accidentally paid twice. What should I do?
If you notice a duplicate charge, please bring it to my attention so I don't miss it. I'll refund the extra payment right away. Please don't open a chargeback; it just complicates something that can be fixed with a quick message.
