IMPORTANT:
If you're on a phone or tablet, STOP.
Use a real computer instead. Mobile devices can’t reliably download or unpack ZIP files. Also, do not use Safari,
switch to Google Chrome or any other browser now, as your download may fail due to Safari’s latest bug.
Your documents will be downloaded as a ZIP file to your computer, and this page will refresh after download.
Frequently Asked Questions
My file doesn't download, it just refreshes the page. What can I do?
You're most likely using Safari on Mac. Switch to Google Chrome or another browser and try again. In Chrome, check the download arrow at the top right. In Firefox, look for the downward arrow icon in the toolbar.
I haven't got a Transaction ID Number, where do I get it?
If you’ve just paid and haven’t received your Transaction ID yet, give it a few minutes. PayPal can take a bit of time to send the confirmation email. You can also log in to your PayPal account and check your recent activity for the Transaction ID. If the payment shows as completed, your download will appear shortly after. If it shows as pending, wait until it clears before trying again.
How do I contact you for my Consultation or Review?
If you booked a consultation or an application review, please use the contact page to send your availability so we can arrange a time that works best.
The documents I downloaded won't save my edits, what's wrong?
The documents come in a ZIP folder that must be extracted first. If you don’t extract the files, your edits will be lost when you close the document. To extract:
On Windows: Right-click the ZIP folder, select Extract All, and follow the prompts.
On Mac: Double-click the ZIP file and it will decompress into the same folder.
I downloaded the files but I can't find them anywhere!
They’re hiding in your browser’s default download folder. Check your Downloads folder first, that’s where 99% of missing files live. If it’s not there, open your browser’s download history and click "Show in folder." On phones and tablets, the files usually end up in the "Files" or "Documents" app, depending on your device.
