Wow, where do I start? I feel so fortunate to have stumbled across this website. Once I arrived, it was the only place I had to go to find guidance and help in the application process for our 501(c)3 status.

The website is very easy to navigate. It has every resource you could possibly need. Chris is very easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful with his feedback and advice.

Our 501(c)3 has recently been approved and I know it would not have been possible without the help and guidance of Chris and this incredible website.

I service the senior population in my state that have the desire to remain at home and not be placed in a Nursing Home setting.

All I know is that I live in Missouri and I consulted a contractor and her fees were $1,500, but I practically had to do it myself with all the questions she asked. I wish I would have stumbled across Chris’ page much earlier into my application process because this website is a one stop shop to getting approved. I had been researching so many websites and utilizing far too many resources which resulted in a very lengthy application. I even called several lawyers but realized their fees were too pricey. Chris helped me drastically shorten my application to keep the good stuff! I will say Chris was hard to get a hold of and I think at the time one of the phone numbers was out-dated but once I finally got hold of him, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, prompt to respond and above all, Chris provided me with the confidence and reassurance I needed to finally submit my application! Chris also encouraged me to send a letter to expedite the process. Six months later my 1023 (not the EZ form) was approved. IRS 501(c)(3) status approved 20 days after filing our application on pay.gov! We received our approval letter in 28 days!

So first things first, I haven’t thought about this website in years. I created my nonprofit in 2017, when I was a sophomore in high school. I never got to do anything with it, but I was able to successfully obtain the 501(c)(3) because of this website. I printed out all of the free pages available, and donated to receive the more difficult documents. Love it, love it, love. Thank you so much.

We used LegalZoom before we found your website and I’m disgusted to say that after a month of back and forth with them and taking my money, they said they couldn’t prepare our application as we didn’t qualify for the form 1023EZ. I’m almost finished with the application using your amazing documents and will send them over to you for a review. You have no idea what a godsend this site is, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
