If you came here to read other nonprofits’ testimonials, there are hundreds of them, so browse away.
I hope that this painstaking work of several years has been useful in some way, and I truly wish you the best of luck in your humanitarian endeavor.
Thanks for this great resource.
just began putting together Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation, and when it came time to see about the Conflicts of Interest Policy I came back to your site for more info. I decided that the $35 donation would be money well spent (and well deserved) and I have not been disappointed. I’ve only just glanced at the Conflicts policy template. Thanks again,
I just wanted to thank you for doing so much work to provide this resource for people.
I also really appreciate your sense of humor.
Thanks for all the additional resources when you donate! Best of luck
with your future endeavors!

Hello Chris, this is wonderful web. I do not speak fluent English ,and i will need a lot of help to start my organization. But what i can see now ,helped me already to see if i manage ..and with this side, i believe ,at least paperwork will be done correct and i will not loose my hard earned money in IRS pocket- i work as a CNA in local Nursing Home. I just got my check LOL and i am going to donate, with hope, you will be able to help more people. Good job, Chris !!! Best Wishes.
Thank you SO much for your help and for the work you do maintaining this site!
It is a breath of hope in what feels like the slow collapse of the dream that my team and I have for the nonprofit launch we’re working on, lately. The past few weeks made the effort feel impossible or at least prohibitively expensive until we found your website. Thank you so much.
Thank you much.
Chris: We submitted our application last June and finally received our IRS letter of approval on Dec 23. Yea! I relied on your instructional materials, templates, and the comments and advice you gave me.
Your website is such a service to others and proved to be invaluable for us.
Hi Chris,
Just wanted to let you know that we received our approval letter yesterday. Thank you for all your help. Along with the review of the application, we especially wanted to note the advice on taking the time to do the full application. We probably could of qualified for the short form. I found by doing the full app, it helped me tremendously vision out our ministry. I will be letting others know about the site.
Thank you so much again,
Donation forthcoming. Great site! A little faith in humanity is restored.
The task of having an organization’s nonprofit status reinstated has
been daunting (after lazy predecessors with no follow-through), but
you and your site have demystified the process and made this final
stretch doable. Thank you. While your pages could use a little editing
(grammar, etc.), they are organized, clear, and generally outstanding.
I especially appreciate your candor, your humor, and your values about
knowledge and about doing the right thing. I’m presently exhausted and
not even done yet, but I wanted to take a moment to thank you. Keep dreaming. Sincerely,
Thank you so much for the work you do to help us little guys.
Chris:
We received the good news from the IRS today. The Nebraska City Veterans Memorial Building Project is officially a Tax Exempt 501(c)(3).
I mailed the 1023 off to the IRS on August 11, 2016 and the letter we received today was dated November 4th. It only took 3 months. It never would
have happened this quickly without your help.
Thank you just doesn’t convey how grateful I am.
This is the first non profit I’ve ever done for a client and I was getting a lot of information online and getting completely overwhelmed thinking ‘should I really tackle this?…The info on the IRS site is in no clear order and no advice on how to get it done correctly. Your site is a God-send, clearly and I cannot express in words how helpful this site and all your notations are. I gladly donated, because I appreciate it so very much. It is easy to understand, in logical order and I feel so much more prepared when talking to my client and offering this service in the future!
It is almost too hard to explain how helpful this site is.
I only wish I could have found it sooner. Thank you for helping so many people. May God bless you and your endeavors.
Thank You, I appreciate all the time and effort you put into this site.
It has made this process attainable in a reasonable time,so I can get to more important things. I look forward to my future as the Director/advocate of a sexual assault non profit and I will never forgot your help. A Million Thanks… Chellie
Thank you thank you thank you because I don’t have $$$ to pay overrated lawyers and whatever they call themselves out there.
I appreciate this website very much after doing so much research to find instructions, resources and the tools I desperately needed to do this 1023. You really helped me answer the tough questions in the best way. Still working on finishing the 1023 . You speak my language lol.
YoursTruly&Grateful
Thanks for all of your help
Just an FYI – we got ACCEPTED on the first shot – ya. Thanks again,
Many thanks for all of your help.
Using your templates along with a lot of original material, I prepared
the 501c3 application for SWAT, LTD (Saving Whiskers And Tails), an
animal rescue, rehab and rehoming group of volunteers in Pryor, OK. It
has only been 6 weeks, and we did not request any expedited
consideration, but already today we received our 501c3 approval in the
mail!!!! If you’d like a copy for your files of successes, I’ll send
you a copy.
I want to thank you for your help and assistance in my application process.
Chris,
I did receive the letter of approval about IRS tax exempt.
Thank you again. Keep in touch.
