My family and I have decided to help the homeless in a different way than they are are being helped. We have found that becoming a nonprofit is much confusing than we thought. However, your website has made it a lot more clearer with the steps.

I believe because of the way we want to help we are going to run into a lot of problems but we will push forward and hopefully others will see the compassion and consistency within our organization. Thanks to your website we can continue because we were at our wit ends with all these sites wanting money and trying to tell us we cant do this on our own, so again thank you for the simplicity.

I paid an accountant to do this for me last spring. All summer I have been applying for grants only to learn I have not been registered with the IRS. I had even already obtained the EIN and D&B # that I need for federal grants. After the experience, I no longer trust someone else to handle this business for me, so it was great to find this website.
