Absolutely Amazing Resource
I don't think I have enough words to express my gratitude for the critical documents this site provided. Not only were they worth the small fee for the more detailed information, they saved me countless hours of trying to research and create them myself. The free downloadable book was a Godsend. I used this site to start my nonprofit in October of 2020. I am back on the site to see what valuable information is available to continue to grow my organization and to ensure that I can make a difference in the world, all while meeting IRS scrutiny.

Record Time for Approval
IRS 501(c)(3) status approved 20 days after filing our application on Pay.gov! We received our approval letter in 28 days!
Chris is amazing! His forms and instructions were extremely helpful. His advice and guidance were outstanding.

Absolutely Brilliant
So first things first, I haven't thought about this website in years. I created my nonprofit in 2017, when I was a sophomore in high school. I never got to do anything with it, but I was able to successfully obtain the 501(c)(3) because of this website. I printed out all of the free pages available and paid for the more advanced documents. Love it, love it, love. Thank you so much.
Recently I had a friend who was thinking of doing this for her company, and I immediately sent her to this website. Stay away from Legalzoom
We used LegalZoom before we found your website and I'm disgusted to say that after a month of back and forth with them and taking my money, they said they couldn't prepare our application as we didn't qualify for the form 1023EZ. I'm almost finished with the application using your amazing documents and will send them over to you for a review. You have no idea what a godsend this site is, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hi Chris,
I wanted to let you know that we just received the IRS determination letter designating Vibraphone Project Inc. as an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This means that we got our approval about 15 weeks after our 1023 submission to the IRS.
Thanks very much for helping us refine our application package so that we could pass muster with the IRS without their need for additional information. If that had happened we probably would have waited until the end of this year before getting approval!

I submitted Form 1023 on Nov 4. IRS made its determination on Nov 24. Is that record time? THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! You should be known as “the father of nonprofits” — a moniker you should wear with pride. When the conservatory is up and running and my scholarship kids are progressing, I’ll send you pics. This is how we say thank you in Chamorro- the indigenous language of Guam: Si Yu’os ma’åse’ (literally, the Lord bless you.) Happy new year, Chris!!
